“CSNsongs” is a group of seven seasoned and talented musicians that perform all of you favorite and timeless Crosby Stills Nash & Young hits that you have come to love throughtout the years.  The music was born in the summer of 1969 at the famous “Woodstock Music Festival” in New York.  It was when David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash hit the stafe that the face of folk/rock music would be changed forever.  Their legacy continued throughout the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today.  The harmonious vocals that Crosby Stills Nash & Young are so well known for are heard in every song performed by “CSNsongs”.

All of Crosby Stills Nash & Young's musical compositions are highly respected by "CSNsongs" and are reproduced as closely as possible to how they were originally written, recorded and performed throughout Crosby Stills Nash & Young's musical legacy.

The Brubeck Brothers Quartet

The Brubeck Brothers

The Brubeck Brothers Quartet is an exciting jazz group featuring two members of one of America’s most accomplished musical families, Dan Brubeck (drums,) and Chris Brubeck(bass & trombone.) Guitarist Mike DeMicco, and pianist Chuck Lamb complete this dynamic quartet. They have performed at concert series, colleges, and jazz festivals across North America and Europe including the Newport, Detroit, Ravinia, Las Vegas, Sedona, Spokane & Monterey Jazz Festivals. These versatile musicians also collaborate with orchestras, and in 2006 ignited the Salt Lake City Jazz Festival by playing with the Utah Symphony conducted by Keith Lockhart. With Chris Brubeck’s compositions as a vehicle, the BBQ has joined with chamber groups to collaborate with musicians from the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Russian National Symphony Orchestra. The Brubeck Brothers Quartet’s debut Koch recording, Intuition, impressed the national jazz media and spent several weeks in the top ten radio charts while earning enthusiastic reviews from JazzTimes, Downbeat, Boston Globe and many other respected publications.  Although the quartet’s style is rooted in “straight-ahead” jazz, their concerts reveal an inherent ability to explore and play odd time signatures while naturally integrating the influences of funk, blues and world music. The group’s creativity, technique and improvisation can be heard in their uncompromising music, which reflects their dedication to melody, rhythm, culture and the spontaneous spirit of jazz.

Incendio

An exotic melody accompanies a desert caravan moving beneath a blazing sun. The sound of waves wash against a pristine South American beach. A lone flamenco guitar echoes through the cobbled streets of old Sevilla. And a lilting three quarter time rhythm conjures images of the rolling green hills of Ireland. The music is cinema. It is sound given shape and color. This is the music of  Incendio.

Incendio, simply put, is instrumental world music. The primary “voice” of the band is the guitar, but to say the music of Incendio is solely guitar music would be an oversimplification. The guitar is certainly present, but other instruments such as the mandolin, bouzouki, violin, Celtic harp, piano, bass, synthesizer and various ethnic percussion instruments play a huge role in the ensemble’s sound. American musicologist Donald Grout is credited as saying that only instrumental music, which is “pure music free from the burden of words”, can convey the deepest emotions of the composer. And for this reason, the evocative titles of the songs are very much there to help shape or guide the listener’s experience.
